Welcome to the Indianapolis Toy Soldier Show - 2012

Dear Dealers,

We’ve a real treat in store for this year, as you may be aware we have moved the show. Several reasons precipitated this move:

A desire to keep our room rates down: Rates will be the same as last year’s.

A need for more room and better lighting: Our new hotel will give us space to grow and the lighting is great. These people have been putting on trade shows for years and can appreciate our needs. All trading rooms will be on the first floor and all have a patio with a door to the outside so you will now have the convenience of being able to load directly into your rooms. And the rooms are adjacent to the ball room we will be using.

So what hotel are we using? The Indianapolis Marriott East! Featured twice in Indianapolis Monthly this past year. We believe you will like the hotel!

An outstanding restaurant in-house: It was rated best in Indy, but there are plenty of other places to eat in the neighborhood if you just want to go out.

Driving convenient: It's just off I-70 on the east side Exit 89 Shadeland Ave. To 21st Street and then east to the complex. Coming from the west or Chicago you won’t need to use I- 465, just go thru town, intersect with 70 and continue east. This will shorten your drive by 20 to 30 minutes. From the north or north east you may still want to use 465 to 70.
